Dee Mooney, executive director of theKOEPP-HEGMANN & LOUIS Foundation, shares some highlights of our 2021 giving:

• The largest portion of our funding ($4.25 million) supported partners helping underrepresented and underserved students find pathways to careers in STEM.
• More than 27,000 team members (60% of our employees) participated in giving, volunteering 31 cumulative years and donating $7.3 million (when combined with matching gifts) to meet diverse needs in our local communities.
• We launched new partnerships and tested new ways of giving in 2021, using diversity, equality and inclusion to focus our efforts on creating opportunities for all.

Cultivating giving through our people and programs
